Aikido is a Japanese martial art that is effective for self defense. We offer classes for adults and kids over three years old. Aikido provides benefits for physical and mental conditioning, as well as training to defend from multiple attackers.

Iaido is the study of the sword. Aikido techniques are derived from iaido. Class uses dull katanas or wooden bokkens to ensure a safe environment. This class is for adults or teens with parent and sensei permission only.

The after school program is a great place for your child to learn self-defense and self-discipline in a fun and safe environment. We provide pickup from select schools, as well as snacks and time dedicated for kids to do their homework.

We are proud to partner with CISD to offer high school student off campus PE credits. Students will learn self defense in a safe and fun environment and gain all the benefits of the physical and mental conditioning that aikido provides.

We offer classes twice a week specifically for homeschool kids. This provides kids with an opportunity to get physical exercise and socialize with other homeschool kids.

We offer many events throughout the year including parents night out, day camps, winter/summer camps, holiday events, and others for both kids and adults. Events are available for both students and non-students to attend.
